Killed the jelly no drop ,but i saw 1 group of chinese people /i do understand chinese.... like lvl 50-70 keep sleeping 'em and provoking it ,but don't kill it.... watch 'em for awhile is that help the drop rate on the ring?

i get most of my claims when i go as my thf/war...
and yes it is worth it i get a drop every 2-3 hours or so at 620k each i made over a million gil in bout 6 hours....
tell me what u can make 1.8 million without wasting more than 10k in 6 hours??????

P.S this is for elvenraiden i would go with my 45 + rng and have war as sub to claim mob otherwise u will just be frustrated from not getting claims... also bring bloody bolts to drain h.p but use holy bolts for max dmg.. and not to waste to many bloody per fight.

Not ture i have a 53 blm i sometimes go with but usually a lvl 45 nin some gobs check EP to me at 45 but dont agro. I dont understand why but they dont. So you can go around as lvl 45+ without agro!

After one of the updates, they added a couple spawn points for chyme, only one i can remember is right when u drop down on the right side (far bottom right hole on the map with 4 holes), I landed right on top of a Stroper Chyme, killed it and got nothin.

just to let u know on quetzalcoatl there is a party of 6 gil sellers back here trying to own the spots. names r <bettylily, calmitkeboss, angle, lamatilecat, everblack... r the ones in ordello caves and thier leader who sells gil is bida if im not mistaken.... he is the only one with ring sold in a.h but BIDA has not once stepped into ordello caves go figure.....
cause obviously S.E temporarily ended the gil selling till that company purchased new accounts >.<
i just think they should ban credit card that r linked to these account from ever becoming S.E users...
if you r on this server watch out because angle and evilblack pull mobs from off ledge in masses when chyme is bout to spawn to MPK u

Well ive spent nearly 7 days camping this thing...not in a row thank god. I think the remaining gilsellers on Carbuncle think im one too, lol.
I am currently lvl 45THF/WAR (war sub for provoke) and ive killed it bout 85 times, gotten 4 drops (only with some help, never got drop soloing). I can tell you this much: out of the 80 times i fought it ive only had to Perfect Dodge 3 times, never died, and bloody bolts kept me alive almost 99% of the time. The only hard part bout the camp is the "Fleeing / Hiding" THF sellers that hit it on when its about to pop. Other then that its all about who can catch it on radar first :P
I say its a good thing to camp if you have nothing better to do.

Based on Hunting this thing for a day straightand not even gettin one drop i say NEVER EVER hunt this thing..... EVER. Unless you have time to just sit there and take a blow to the chin from disappointment for hours.
i was down there last night and a japanese got chyme then took him too the strange aparatus room and just paralyzed and slept it for over an hour.
people complained to GM he zone right beside the taru and gave him 2 minutes to kill it or he would be on 72 hr suspension.
I have been playing over a yr and this is the first time i ever see a GM and that they actually took actions....

god bless SE for banning people that monopolizes NMs and MPK other players (what is MPK? i don't know, i read that on the POL page)
well, btw, in Diabolos there was a stupid chinese gilseller i think called Xiaofen or something like that. he was there 24/7 camping the stroper chyme and he was almost always getting it, but now he is gone and i can camp the chyme now ^_^

I THINK it stands for Multi-player kill. Basically it's when you train mobs to a zone so that when they come back they wipe out people in the way ~ Some gillsellers on my server did that a while ago to an HNMLS with Serket. @_@

This is the easiest mob to hunt, in fairy there are lots of ppl, and gill sellers, but they are so stupid!. A friend and I were hunting it vs 2 gil sellers with flee, I was whm/war and my friend was rdm/war. From the moment we arrived to that <pos> we claimed all chymes =D. 16/17 Spawns we claimed, that little 1 was from a gil seller.
We both are mexicans, and we r better than gil sellers!!!
By the way, they were changing ppl to guard the pos, so we Fu·$%ed! 4 of them ^^

Yep, gil-sellers camp this thing like a *****. The Hong Kong-based Toms are all here, all 6 of them with Treasure Hunter I and 2 level 45+ THFs with TH2. That's almost a guarantee drop every time. Sad to see that SE isn't doing anything about this...

im sick of hearing ppl complain about chyme.. its not chyme. its the gilsellers we all know that . but i mean stop going there and killing tons and whining about not getting a drop.. no **** you kill 80 and no drop... the drop rate is horrible.. thats a fact. stop stating the obvious.

MAn I totally agree with you. I love going down there and hunting this thing. Solo, with friends, hell sometimes I even throw up my flag and let the gilsellers invite me so I can see what they do. (for the record, even with 2 TH11's and a TH2, I still, after close to a hundred kills, have only seen one drop). Fact is, if you're bored with every day pull/kill xp parties, and you're pretty much mission/quested out, this guy is a great way to get the blood flowing and race around like a mad mad for a few hours.
***** this stroper chyme, im currently 68/80 claims and 0/68 on drops. yes, i have 68 claims on the gil sellers. just to let you know on my server they sux *** well sure they have beat me a couple of times but that was when he spaned behind me so ya after like total of about 24 hrs on this guy still no drop this sux i think it would be better to farm tiger fangs unless you can get really relly really lucky and get a drop from this guy but until then i dunno i guess ill come back here once and a whle and just kill him for fun

ive camped him with a few friends before, with the CRT gil sellers hes hell, but theres also tons more at the other spawn area. course, all my friends hate campin sumthin they have to actually try to get :-P lol. My friend actually left him to go hunt JEJ, and JEJ has even less of a ratio then this guy. Rumor is this guy is .8% ratio with no TH, and JEJ is .1%, but this also doesnt include moon phase. im tryin to get my ochuido's kote for my 40MNK on Shiva server. Send me a message if u wannt hit up Chyme, Mee Deggi the Punisher, or Quu Dozi the Gallant (need fuma too). Right now i kicked off cause credit card expired, but when i get back on im open to huntin anything worth gil, or deggi. name is Mrhappytwo. "word" "up" "Home key" :-P
