These are the best things to solo for any Blue Mage 63-67, Camping at Graveyard, Low Hp and Defense, Mandibular Bite and CA Frenetic Rip Tear them apart, just remember your Echo Drops and spam Headbutt and you can easily solo these, and at 67-68, move to Heraldic Imps at Ilrusi Atoll Staging Point.
If you are looking for these (for whatever reason), there are 3 that spawn in a graveyard in Caedarva Mire.
To get there, travel to Nashmau. Take the west exit from Nashmau. Keeping going forward, then turn to the right at the first intersection. Walk down the path and you'll soon end up at the graveyard.
One is in the middle of the graveyard, you can pull it without having to actually enter the graveyard.
A second one is to the right of the graveyard, near another intersection.
A third one is to the left of the graveyard, which is near the entrance to Hazhalm Testing Grounds. Be careful! There are two chigoes on the ground very close to where the imp is.
They all take 5 min to repop after being killed.
Note that undead pop at night, which WILL aggro you, so you may only be able to pull the first one mentioned safely at night. Qiqirn do not aggro. This is probably the safest place you can find these kind of imps. All other areas I see them there are lamia, bones, treants, and other kinds of aggressive mobs around. There is also a zone nearby in case you run into trouble (although you probably won't make it unless you have sleep or flee, as imps fly very fast)
They have an AoE called Amnesia which prevents you from using WS and job abilities untill it wears off. If they hit you with that and then their AoE silence at the same time your screwed.

From what I can get they aggro specifically to buffs in general. I was walking around them as a level 1 with no aggro. I was surprised that there wasn't even a malice look toward me. Yet if you put on invis bam you got aggro. I'm not sure if protect and shell count but i figure since they're a type of magical aura they will aggro to you. Good Luck Hunting!
incorrect, they are true tight and magic doesnt really trigger them, i had invisisble on near one and i ran behand him to prove this fact, nothing didnt even touch me, if he would have turned like i seen before he would aggro the crap out of you and hurt ya bad :P. i thank your thought parterns to a possable aggro, but they are just Truesight and aggro to sight in gen
I was duo'ing and making 8k~ exp a hour along with having chains above 30 off these at 75, myself a bard and a ninja friend earned good amount of Besieged Points.Lastly these drop Imp wings currently going for 13k, need I say more?
That's debatable. If your HP is low enough (orange or red, I believe), and/or if you're weakened from death/raise, then undead will aggro you even if sneak is up. Deodorize and sneak together keep this from occuring; as a Red Mage on Diabolos noted, "With deodorize and sneak I can use convert in a room full of undead and they don't even blink".
actually chigoe seem to aggro scent (also sight and sound maybe?). I received aggro in the past with sneak and invis but not with sneak invis and deo which I tried today.
I tried this when finishing COR and BLU quests. I was subbing WHM and had sneak/invis/deod up and I still got aggro. I'm not sure if it reduces the distance at which it aggros, because I know they come at you from a mile away normally, but it still waxed me. I really must thank all the WHMs running around the new areas for the R3's. ^^
These things have low hp, and defense. Imps have an ability to stop the use of job abilities and WSs, they have sleepga II (very powerfull) and AoE silence that lasts around 3 mins.
