Vana'diel Bestiary: Wamoura Prince

I don't recall Wamoura Prince aggroing because I usually run through Halvung Gate, past these mobs, and then sneak/invis to get past the Trolls. However, their counterpart, the flying Wamoura, will aggro and does link with the Prince. Its probably a different Wamoura that goes by a different name that aggroes.

I was gonna kill a few of these by the first dragon camp butthe bother were close to entrance. So i went around conner to the left and started to kill a bomb and was aggroed by one of these. not sure if it was my magic or low hp but needless to say i was KO'ed lol. This was the first time i have ever been aggroed by them i solo alot there, although have seen them link but never aggro. just thought i would let everey one know what i had happen to me
This specific wamouracampa is not involved in SM Lebros Cavern.
The lesser mobs in that assault are called Ranch Wamouracampa.

Yeah, BLM can kill these very easily. Subbing RDM, Gravity, run out of range, nuke, run, and repeat. When you're low on MP, sleep it and rest. At 74, I get 321 ( Astral Candescence bonus ) exp per kill, more if I manage to chain. If I duo with someone, the kills are much easier and much faster, and the exp is still pretty good, 150-200.
A friend of mine pointed out that Ebony Puddings nearby are much better because they die faster and you usually don't need to sleep them. I only kill the Princes if the Puddings are overcamped.
I was scared to try these at first, but after a few failed attempts ( managed to zone or lose aggro, haven't died....yet ) I got the hang of it. Stick with it, and this is an amazing way to gain exp as BLM. Good luck to everyone that wants to try their hand at soloing these. ^^

BLMs can solo these easy, they sleep very easily.
Also, they do not aggro magic.
