I hear these drop lanolin cubes pretty frequently.
I have never heard of seen this mob before perhaps another Nm not yet put into place much like the greater marid
It's not a NM, that part you cant get to in Caedavar Mire has loads of them. You have to go through the Reef and use a Lamian Fang Key to get to the spot that has them.
