Came into C.P. thinking i was going to get Soporific. Then err... Shrieker Incredibly Tough! gah!

sorry if this is a double post because I don't see my message on the board, but these have to be at least level 30. I am a level 40 monk with decent gear and these guys were pounding me for some serious damage. I had to rest almost every 2-3 mobs so i gave up farming off these because it seems useless to have to stop every 5 minutes to heal all the way back up to 888 health. Also the diving beetles are in the same category as this message and are probably closer to 30 than not.

I am a level 40 monk with decent gear and these mobs were doing some serious damage to me as well as the diving beetles so there is no way they are any level less than 30 for each. This is just personal thought, but I believe they are closer to 30 than not.

New Moon, TH1 and TH2, 1 hour of killing. The Shriekers in Carpenters' Landing -DO NOT- drop Danceshrooms. If you plan on popping the Mycophile Cuffs NM ( http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?fitem=9430 ), plan accordingly and bring a few with you before arriving.
Killed ~40 of these in ordelles caves, got sleepshooms and danceshrooms. First time through drops were almost 100%, after respawn 10%.

Shriekers in carpenter's landing... along with other mobs of same name are tougher. I am BST lvl 30, and I XP'ed off them. I know for a fact some are above lvl 30.
AHHH damn i was so close to getting the quest done then they attacked me...im lvl 31 war and i died :(

So... Im running around with my lvl 30 war woring on the Paladin quest and i finally reach G-7.... Im like yay 2/3 the way done!!! Next thing I know I have 6 of these Fungars on my tail beating the crap out of me.... I was liek WTF and tehy were like "Haha U Were Owned!". I thought this was interesting because i have never seen fungars that agro before.
the funguars outside the cave aggro too.
These drop sleepshrooms. You can also steal sleepshrooms from them.
