or does this thing remind you of Stimpy from the "Ren & Stimpy Show"? Anyway, I'm a BLU and I need to learn the Blastbomb move from it. The stupid thing keeps doing Burst as it's TP attack so I'm having a heck of a time getting it.

Fought this in the Meadows, and it droped a Light Boomarange. I was like 0.o

so i was logging and making a killing btw and i saw this guy. Not like it was the first time ive ever seen it. Then i was thinking hey! does this drop anything. mabye not excatly those words but anyhow. Nobody even touched it and i ran past it 4 times waiting for this page to load. So i read it drops this gun and im like wtf ill kill it for fun. I got the drop i guess you could say and literally LOL. My rangers already lvl 18 so this is pointless but i thought it was funny. I didnt even have thf sub

This thing has about 200hp I'm guessing. 3 fires doing 60 each left it with hardly any HP
Can these spawn anywhere or just places where there are holes in the walls? Ran past one not knowing it was anything special >< Now I want this to level my marksmanship.
The ones found in Lufaise Meadows are NOT levels 8-10. I don't know what level they are, but I would guess at least 35+
