Take the closest entrance to Upper Jeuno. Then go through Eld. the same as most people do for LB1 to get their paper. Drop down the floor, and you will find them near the hume bones on both sides.

I don't think these are actually Blm types. I think they're Drk. They use a Greatsword and Drop Absorb-Vit...

[Edit] So I lied about the not using -ga spells. As soon as I posted, it used Firaga on us.

They use Dispel too. These BLM are badasses that use RDM spells and wield great swords.
