i always see them on ifrit whenever i go to beadeaux

I like sheep ^^ but not when it aggros me hehe ^^;

Are these particularly rare? How often do they spawn... please tell me they arent like rams

They only drop "chest" keys, not "coffer", only coffers are used for the AF.

Broos appear in the east side of the Beadeaux if you still want them.

As for Beadeaux Coffer Key, it drops from:
Ancient Quadav
Darksteel Quadav
Platinum Quadav
Sapphire Quadav
