Just got some experience w/ this recipe:

Roast Coffee Beans x1
Had a friend w/ 83 Alchemy and 0 Cooking, it let him try but he failed instantly.
Tried a few more, kept failing. So whatever that means for the cooking cap I don't know, but it can't be very high since it let him give it a shot.
Had a buddy w/ 60 cooking and alchemy and he HQ'd like nobody's business.
