Thunder Card
Thunder Cards are one of the 8 elemental cards used by corsair. At level 40, when Corsair gets the "Quick Draw" abillity, he may use these to add elemental damage to his ranged attacks. Also, if used after an enfeeble(e.x. Light Card after Dia II) it will increase the effect from between 1.3% to 1.9%.
They can be synthed, or bought from a rat NPC in nashmau for 45g each, ~5k a stack. Others NPCs sell the cards, but for prices upwards to 200g each, ~20k a stack.

It is for Corsair, they have a "Quick Draw" ability that lets them use these cards to help enfeeble the mob.

so i'm guessing this i a card for the COR unless there bring out an inside card game
