i don't know what quest you are talking about.... this is bought with 1k imperial standing i just got it the other day.
Well All I know is that the quest starts at the coffe/tea shop in Al'Zabi after he runs off go to the gate gaurds for another cool CS but alas, that is *** far as I have gotten and I would love to finish it cause we get hella exp out there.
