Please fellow Mithras, if these drop don't lot them over one of the other races who can use them. We don't need +2STR when our RSE gives +3STR +2CHR. It's just wasteful. Hopefully you don't think that +2HHP for you is better then +2STR for one of the other races, do you? (We had a Mithra that wouldn't pass these one day and it was quite disappointing for the DD's of the other races in our group.)

I got a pair of these off Lamia No. 13 assault today as well. I'm happy with them since feet is a rare place to see any +str on the jobs I play. Thanks to Ascendence on Titan whom I regularly static with!!
My Assault linkshell on Seraph went from a long stretch of crummy appraisals from its conception to a wonderfully lucky afternoon of obtaining two Rare/Ex items from Assaults.
The second of these two items was a pair of Storm Gambieras. I managed to get the winning lot. There isn't much gear for mages with melee bonuses and decent defense, so this is a nice touch. They were obtained from an ??? Footwear that dropped during an uncapped Lamia No. 13 Assault in Ilrusi Atoll.
It looks cool, too, but on a Tarutaru, the small stature just doesn't underscore the details as well as it should. I submitted a fashion shot.

How do you obtain these? is it quested, dropped, do u have to buy em? Any info would help. If it is dropped or quested, plz post specs
Well with this storm gear coming out it must be awsome for 50 Dragoon more Or Less I mean hell +2 str?
for a foot peice at 50 for dragoon is damn good compared to the crap we have to work with
This for other jobs also seems great as well.
Since I'm long past that level it might be good for 50 cap Ballista.
