Got several of these things to drop from the Hilltroll Puppetmasters in Mount Zhayolm. Of course we did have an uberthief in our party.

lvl must be around 55-60.

Nope. The only way to get them is on the Auction House. All the people that sell them on the AH... they got them off the AH. DUH!

The same guy that drops this drops a version II of other attachments. there is one version II atachment for each element.

Is there a way to get things like these w/ out buying it from on AH?
God I want one. Everytime one is up on auction on Asura, I get outbid. Every. Single. Time. Course, only like 10 have ever sold though -_-;
