this along with otori might be a good combo. so what if fudo does crit. 3% isn't really something to celebrate IMO. all the delay is means you get more tp per hit anyways. not too bad. and you get some parrying skill.

DMG like a Fudo, but with higher delay and no crit%, but has 2STR. Hmmm. The single point of Parry has extremely limited uses, but if paired with it's partner you get +5Parry skill combined.
It might be an alternative for offhand, but I won't go as far to say it would outdamage any existing combo. They seem to be meant to be used together, kind of like Unji/Unsho.

Ok, you know the NM Orobons that people fish up? Well on the Mhaura <-> Al Zahbi ship these are like HNM versions of them, there is 2, one on the boat to Al Zahbi and another on the boat back... Northern Piruna and Southern Piruna... I fished up Northern Piruna and I freaked out and invited everyone on the boat to help me but... It docked before we could kill it ._. ... and then another time I fished Northern Piruna again and I ... it killed me lol JPs on the ship were like "<danger> <No thanks.>" and i was like T.T ... sooo I've pretty much just have up... They're pretty mean, as NIN 75 with haste I could tank them pretty easy, but I'd say you need a PT of 75~ish people to take it down in time before the boat docks.
To fish them up I used a minnow lure thingy as bait and a S. H. pole and a Halcyon or w/e rod, rarly broke for me... I got 17 fishing skill and I fished them up no problem (if fishing skill even has to do with anything on fished NMs)... I haven't seen Southern Piruna but I think it spawns on the Al Zahbi -> Mhaura route... I got all this info off this JP site but I can't find it again or id put a link here ._. ... I ain't sure if any of this is right, but it's what I seen
