Hey, anyone know if this stuff is expendable? I saw another PUP today and he had some of this stuff equipped, and it doesn't say if it's expendable like other ammo(ie. arrows, bolts, pebbles). I just wanna know so that when I finally get around to actually being around a vendor i can know whether or not it's a waste of my time, energy, and resources to pick some up or not.
Oils are expendable. Higher level oils regen faster and more HP.
