to have a shuriken like this to be a dropped item from a bc fight only is plain useless. the time it would take to get an amount useful to use in a pt set up would be ridicuolus. i mean ya if it could be synthed without some high priced materials it would be awesome. otherwise in my personnel opinion its a waste of space, and a joke on all nin

sure with sange they would do great damage. but that uses multiple shurikens if i remember( havent merited on nin since just after the new ability was added). so still you would need a good number of these per party which would take some time to get or cost a good bit. even then with the limited amount you would have, you would run out fairly quickly.
After trying to get Barbabossa Zerehs for the 121st time, these things add up. Not too hard to collect them after seeing the dismal drop rate of these pants.
i just saw one in someone's bazaar and freaked out and bought it lol
