Yes it is a real item , I got it while doing the "Blitzkrieg" assault with two of my friends,Atmosk and Swivel of the Lakshmi server. It wasn't even the item we wanted from it. We wanted that Sanguine Sword ,but on one of the tries we compleated we got a ??? Headpiece, which till then has only resulted in a Leather Bandana. When this item popped in the treasure pool we were shocked, it was the best item we've gotten from that assault so far ,but are still going to do it though till we ge that Sword.
well that 25 mp and hp would be nice for soloing for drg... at least till you need to use it and you switch to Drachen -.-
