The yield of this recipe is slightly wrong. NQ gives 2 spools, not one. Also, I've never gotten the diamond, so I don't doubt it's actually HQ3 result.
I also tried to desynth with wind crystal at 91+ clothcraft... I've lost most hats (tried like 6 times) and only got NQ once, which got me a Square of Wamoura Cloth.
Edit: with wind crystal, got HQ1= 2 Wamoura Cloth, and HQ2= 3 wamoura cloth.
Edit2: with wind crystal, HQ3= 4 Wamoura Cloth.
