Been a long time since anyone posted anything on these, but I'll chip in what I found. It's basically exactly the same as Haste Belt, except it goes on your legs. So:

-Enchantment lasts 3 minutes, and grants 10% haste
-It wears off if you switch the legs, or if you zone
-It recharges every 20 hours
-It stacks with Haste Belt, and the spell "Haste"
-It does not count as gear or magic haste with regards to the 26% gear haste and 43.whatever% magic haste caps, and it does not bypass the 80% total haste cap

It's pretty much only good for kclub/mkris/oclub zerg, but it seems very good for those.
How do you obtain them?

Am I missing something somewhere? how do you obtain these? I am a thf and I love extra haste. I am sure it will carry over after you unequip it and I want it.
Other hydra gear

The other Hydra gear isn't cloth armor, and from dynamis tavnasia though.

The other stuff is crafted from Hydra parts for a DRG and SAM JSE. Fantastic tanking and DDing stats on that stuff. Think the whole set has magic damage taken-10% Physical- 15% or something. DRG solo, and SAM tanking with seigan both benefit, plus DRG doesn't really have anything else to wear.
Not for NPC

SOME of the Hydra stuff is for NPC, not all of it though. There are two sets of Hydra gear. I'm pretty sure this is not for NPC because the level is different. Not bad for some 70+ things to have an instant haste for melee's or tanks and whatever.

All the hydra gear from Dynamis tavnasia give their enchantments to your NPC, and not you, I believe.
lighten up on it.

considering the sheer difficulty in obtaining this thing. You can prolly equip swap this like you can RR items without losing the effect.

No need to pray.

All 1/1 charged items are auto-recharging. It kind of defeats the purpose to make a one-shot equipable potion...
