Ok so you get your racing form from the guy who takes care of your choco for you.....and then im lost.....i have tried trading it to everyone in and near the stables. Anyone have any clues?

In San d'Oria you apparently trade one to the guy near the chocobo stables, there're two npcs by the VCS door. My problem is I can't find any info on how to obtain one. I'd love to start racing but it seems I've been looking in the wrong areas for info on a racing form.

Does anyone know where to take this? I have my chocobo in Sandy. I have no idea where to take this racing form too. Please can someone reply?
