the tail will give you luck... I have had one on me and I am getting 2 or 3 drops sometimes..... its varies, but it WILL give you luck... just not TH luck
eh, i've got this and a 4-leaf and i seem to be getting good drops :P

Got my rabbit tail on the second one I killed. (got lucky with the other items too.. on first or second try for each)
The first one i killed gave me a piece of its tail,If only i didnt have a sub job already.
I thought this was supposed to give luck, you telling me it has no other function, crafting, etc....? You telling me I have been carrying this around thinking it would give me "luck" as stated on the item for 2 months now? Arrrghhh! I will drop it as soon as I log in today! :(
A day or two ago, I was fighting in Buburima, with 3 other people, and after killing maybe...6 or 8 Might Rarabs, we had 2 Wild Rabbit Tails. So, dunno.

I killed (solo) less than 20 mighty rarabs before getting one of these for the sub-job quest in Mhaura. At lvl 18 the bunnies conned from easy to even to me. I had to use my 2 hour to kill the one even match I encountered. I avoided them from then on, concentrating on easy and descent. I dunno if this helps give any indication as to how often these tails drop. Just my 2 gil.
