Got one while leveling thief in S Gusta. It dispenses 99 bronze bullets once per day, 50 charges.
Although you can't sell the bandolier, you can sell the bullets. On my server that's a cool 10 - 12K per day, and there's almost never any others up for sale, so I have no competition. Not a bad source of steady income!

I got one, myself, today. Dropped from a Stone Eater in one of those combination chests XD
I find it funny that you find good things on weak mobs, but crap things on stronger mobs (Copper Ore combo chest from Young Quadav, for example)

I found one in a Treasure Casket in South Gustaberg.
Rather annoying that it's Rare/EX, though it may be useful for some. :3

Got this in South Gusta while xping...Usually only get stuff for mp and since i am thf no good to me so i was surprised that i got this. Not to bad

I rcvd. one in S. Gusta as well. Haven't used it yet so don't know exactly how many bullets it will dispense but I do know that you can use it up to 50 times and it has a 24 hour recast on it.
