Its damage is way to low and its TP output is to low... of course it would
attack faster but knowing the ffxi economy people are going to try and overprice it when there are so many other things a DRG can use that are so much better, such as Thalassocrat, Mezraq, Skystrider, and Zaide whenever it is officially released. At 75 the accuracy would not be needed very much considering you can merit polearm and get just as much accuracy and the evasion would be somewhat useful but not exactly a must have.
