Confirmed 90 minute respawn timer, spawned right on queue each time. Went 1/3 as 66drg/33thf and was fairly easy to kill. Started fights at 300tp and never went below 50% hp. Camped right in the middle of F-9.

This belt is droped from a coctrice type NM in the Meriphataud Mountains named Chonchon its a timed spawn around an hour to an hour and a half.Spawns around F-9. Still think the swift belt is better but you can pick this up for around 100k at the AH on pandy and no -5att but ill take the 3acc and 1% more haste off the swift belt than worry about one piece of gear with -att. Got the claim today can easily be soloed by 60 bst used tiger jug i took no damage and tiger only lost a quarter of its health. No drop and no exp so i would expect its level 48 at the most.
