I successfully made these with 91 cloth and 20 smithing. I got several failures, and no skill ups so far, but I did succeed.
Edit: Forgot to mention I used smithing advanced synth support to do it... raised my smithing to 23 and made a 2nd with a skill up too (still using synth support).

I made these at Smithing 41, no skillups. Smithing 75 is definitely wrong.
Also, it needs Linen Thread, not Flax Thread.

These are worth 3630 gp with a max of 6480 making you need 1.79 to max out your gp for the day.

I made these with smithing at 30, and I HQ them at smithing 45. Hope this helps.

whats the real smithing on this stupid thing that usely shows up as Guild item >.>
