About 18k conquest points, if you're bastok
Im pretty sure that it is only 16k conquest points. Because it is Rank 5 equip, and conquest prizes always go up by two.
Rank 2: 2000 CP
Rank 3: 4000 CP
Rank 4: 8000 CP
Rank 5: 16000 CP
Rank 6: 32000 CP
...you get the point...
Rank 2: 2000 CP

Almost correct, but Rank 6 items are 24000 Conquest Points, not 32000.

if i am from Windhurst can i still buy it with conquest points?
You can get it with cp if windurst is in first place, but it would cost you the same as if it were a rank 6 windurst item.
