this is a good spot todo skillups too, you can camp and skillup at the same time (40-100) if your bored

To get the NM to spawn... I'd say to kill the quads in his spawn area, just a guess
It is believed that the placeholders are Zircon Quadav's. There is really only two that spawn in that general area where Blackcloud is. From time of death,.. I am gonna guess that it is a 3-6 hour spawn. I usually don't have the patience to camp longer than 2-3 hours on an NM. LOL
