I believe these are very oddly easy to HQ. I was lvl'n on these and HQ'd 3/4 at one point. this would also explain low cost increase in comparison of every other HQ

Well I consider this to be my first HQ in the world of crafting. Not a big deal, I know, but it is cool to see the HQ animation, its the same feeling as when you claim a NM I guess. I was only lvl 30 and skilling off these things when I did HQ it, heh heh!
