wold be nice if it was consistant as a sleep blot or sleep arrow.
When the sleep effect works, which is not very often, you can get behind the mob and do a Sneak Attack. Nice extra damage when you're soloing.

The Sleep effect doesn't kick in all that often; it's pretty rare. It's saved me from angry gob aggro a few times, so it's still better than nothing, but it's not some awesome 'sleep-lock' weapon.
so this dagger can't be made using alchemy? ; ;

it says no fame needed yet when i tried it he kept repeating the same thing over and over agin.Also i completed the Under the sea quest
