What level can you safely craft this?
got this item last night, for you summoners, this gives our auto refresh a +2 regen for MP. With mage Ballard 1 and 2 , and Rdm Refresh, you will be getting 8mp regen tick. We went to do bastock 7-1 last night, and with carbuncle out ( playin around while we were waiting for rest of allience) and carbuncle mittens, apollo staff and me main healer, i barely put a wedge in my mana pool ^^

I Can't wait to get this armor...but is it RILLY worth the 2.3 mil (As of on Ramuh server)? But if it is true that it does 1 Mp every 3 seconds...is it rilly worth 2.3 mil? If it did 3 MP every 3 seconds then I think it would be worth it. I gess if you were a SMN or had SMN as your sub then it would be 2 MP every 3 seconds and if you had a RDM cast Refresh then that would be 5 MP every 3 seconds...BUT with a BRD casting Mage's Balled 1 (1 MP every 3 seconds) and Mage's Balled 2 (2 MP every 3 seconds) you would be recovering 8 MP every 3 seconds^^ therfore I think that is worth the 2.3 mil...lol (with certain armor on w/ SMN most Avatars would be free to summon^^)

I was told by someone who was wearing one in a party next to mine that it gives 1mp/3sec and it stacks with redmage refresh. about 2mil on asura
No one actualy sepcifies how much mp per tick this gives, is it identical to a RDM's refresh spell?

I will buy it. Making gil isn't hard. A few hours of teles here, a few hours farming there. I've saved almost a million now. Too bad I am spending 300k on raise II. Rdms aren't always the best at refreshing unfortunately and if you add all the money spent on food, pies, juice, chocolate, then I think it's worth it. And it's under 2 million on Fairy atm. And I hate resting especially when farming (sub thf since I quit lvling it for a main). Say goodbye to resting for less than 2 million. Gannbare!

Would the refresh effect stack with another piece of gear also had refresh effect?

It takes 3 cloth. You can make a couple hundred thou by selling if you're lucky. In other words, don't try to make unless you are well over 70 and/or perfect synth conditions. The whole goal is to make a +1, and it is within the realm of possibility as the skill is 70. Unfortunately, buying the cloth will limit how many you can synth at once.

If you have a rdm in the party, why would you be enfeebling as a 59 whm?
i use pineapple juice, dual ballad, and my dark staff + roast mushrooms... I'm getting this cloak soon.. i dont think cure I will cut it at level 60 thought -.-
I completely agree with you Craciant, Cure 1 will not cut it at 60, in my opinion Cure 1 doesn't even cut it at 40, I have never even seen a level 40+ whm cast Cure 1 in a party.. When the mobs you fight are hitting for 90+ how in the world is Cure 1 going to keep up?

it's either dropped by HNM king artho, jugner or NM aquarious at boyada, HNM LS always camp artho so ur best bet is the other crab NM at boyada, drop rate for me on dama cloth is 0/12 i fought aquarious. aquarious can be taken with a balanced lv70 pt, maybe a bit lower if u got good formation and equips.
refresh is best thing u can have -.-, many high lv mages, have 2 sets of armors, one if vermillion, the other is the lv72 or 73 armor, give good stats for mages. even i use 2 sets of equips at all time.

62 Ninja Soloed Aquarius on Asura, no joke. 65+ blm and rdm can solo too, obviously the higher above 65~ they are the more likely to survive they are :P Other good soloers like bst and smn can solo it too at various lvls.

Wow a 62 NIN... That's pretty impressive.
I saw a lvl 75 NIN get killed by aquarious. I wouldn't recommend soloing this guy in your 60's. The fight with the 75 NIN lasted about 15 minutes and he was doing extremely well imo, but over the course of the time it takes to kill him you will get hit, things will go wrong. He swings extremely fast. I had to check log because I thought he was using 100 fists , but he didn't, he just swings fast. I would imagine the 62 NIN fight must have lasted 20-25 minutes.

Maybe it does take only 1 damascene cloth if you get clothescraft above lvl 70. I'll give you a ex. to make a velvet cloth early in you lvl it takes 1 silk thread and 2 wool thread, but later on it takes 1 silk and 2 cotton thread. I'll fine out when i reach lvl 80 clothes and let you guys know.

sorry to burst your bubble Clothcrafters. this requires 3 damascene cloths. *sigh* ive come this far in crafting just to realize maybe its pointless to continue. overhead expenses are much higher than end product. :(
Refresh will slowly regenerate MP. A BRD can sing a song called Mages Ballad that does the same thing at lvl 25, or a RDM at lvl 41 can cast Refresh on you and you will slowly regain MP.

I hope the price of this goes down soon...since WHM AF2 has Refresh on it lol (but too bad you can't wear it until 72 or so)

Ummm Whm AF2 Does NOT Give Refresh Effect And Is Lv 52 To Wear, Considering I have Them.
I believe he's referring to WHM Relic armor, as in AF armor Part 2, not the individual piece AF2 from the original AF set.
