Does this add triple attack +1% even if you don't have the triple attack job trait?
yes, if you have + % anything it actually makes it so you have that ability, Let all be known its only 1% but still every 1/100 monsteres ull hit 3 times instead of one :)
I used this dagger to level my dagger skill from 20-100 and not one time did it triple attack. :(
I think it works better if you're dagger weaponskill level is up to par with your level. If you used it to level up yur dagger skill, you should've at least have had Energy Steal to be able for the Triple Attack to work more frequently.
