i like the first guys post i dont have 250k to buy them or the time to hunt for lizzy..... what do u expect to do just have them magicly appear in your invitory?? lol if there crafted i bet its gonna be very high skill or they wouldent cost you 250-300k.... better off huntin lizzy

Well, he doesn't have any time or money, so he should just have them for free, don't you think? That's how the world works. I just had a porsche delivered to my doorsteps. The company realized that with my salary it would be impossible for me to buy one so they just gave me one.

Well One thing I have noticed... Leaping boots 200-250K on AH, Winged Boots.... 275-300K Not that large a Jump in Price considering. These will last you a long time if you get them. COmpare the stat boost to anything before level 55. They are the bombzors!
Considering I've seen Winged Boots +1, I'm guessing their crafted, cuz you only get the +1 from crafting. Considering that they have the EXACT same stat as leaping boots, I'm guessing that one of the componets to making these god-like boots are leaping boots. Just my opinion, and not fact.
Seeing as these are uber leaping boots, expect them to be dropped by an NM even harder to find than lizzy.

Hello Does any 1 know if these boots are crafted or do you get them from a NM or other ? Please if som1 knows please share cause I dont have 250k gil to buy leaping boots nor the time to camp leaping lizzy :(
