ok these are the easyest thing next 2 sheep leather 2 make for skill up! i mean u farm skins 2 make the leather farm the dark crystals and but the water and leaves wow just spent about 1k for a 10k stack of leather.... and for skill up spend 5k to make 6 boots at 2.5k a boot on our sever you keep doing this ull get ur skill up and make a little gil on the side

i think the synth levels are wrong because i made the boots and gloves at lvl 3 leathercraft and the tunica and hose at lvl 5 clothcraft with no trouble.
I cant make any of it do i NEED synth support or what ?? i have leather craft 3

how exactly does the regen effect work? does it just start your healing at 11 instead of 10?

Hmmm.. I would suggest to visit your local AH and click on Auction Window>Bid>Armor>Feet then scroll down to Vagabond's Boots>highlight/left click said boots then look over to the right of your screen and then select Price History. That should give you the current price of item in your town/server. Use that info to then put your items up for bid at a fair market price so that the items sell fast.
