It's pretty obvious that there is some misinformation floating about.
1. when there is a level in () next to a recipe, it means that's the highest level you can get a raise in your skill. you can still make the item after that level, infact the higher you get above the level cap, the better your chances at hq'ing that item are.
2. you use this item to earn yourself guild points, but you can do that only when you've reached novice or higher. and, when they are asking for that item. I think you can turn in 12 to get max points, but I hq this item alot since I have high clothcraft, so I don't really know.
This was my Guild Item for the day. When I turned it in I got 110 Guild Points for it. So in case anyones curious about GP's, that's how much they're worth (I'm assuming the points for an item stay the same no matter what level crafter you are..?)
I'm not on Ragnarok but on all servers this works, kill crawlers outside Windurst, in srautabaruta (east and west) get their silk thread, and sell them, on Bahumut they sell for 10-11k
Level 11 is just the CAP. It means that past skill level 11, you cannot make this anymore. I was able to make this as my first piece of clothing. I didn't even have .1 to my clothcraft skill, and it worked on the first try. All I did was pay 30 gils for the advanced skill imagery in Windurst.
"Why did the level for this change? It's now 11? I just made 5 without problem at level 4 with imagery."
I think that at level 11 you have a Higher chance of making it, at level 0 it took me to trys to make it, because when I asked for help with syth.. they gave me the stuff needed to make it, and I did..
