bought it for 31.5k in selbina. fame high enough to get telle quests. all I cared about ^^
I have good fame in Selbina, close to hero. Just got this scroll there for 31.5k exactly.
Max fame is 35k gil... in Jeuno.
It's much cheaper at Selbina guys, assuming maxed fame there.
Edit: I didn't make this clear before. Maxxed fame in Selbina = less than 32k
