I doubt a Dunes party would boot a WHM for not having this spell. Most Dunes parties are just thankful to have a WHM at all and will put up with any inadequacy. I've been at points where I'd accept a WHM/WAR, a subless Galka WHM with no MP-plus equip, and a level 18 WHM with beginning RSE.

I suppose you would. However, should there not be any scrolls at the AH before you hit WHM17, it would be quite embarassing to have to wait until Qufim to get a spell like this.
Just my two cents, anyway. I don't know how many people would have had their panties in a ruffle if I didn't have a 'ra' spell in an EXP Party.
