Great skill ups on these.
My Cooking skill @ 74, Earthsday, 55% Moon, Adv Syth Support + Light staff.
5 .1 skill ups out of 7 syths. Also a small Profit On my server. 20-30k Total per stack.
Hopes this helps.

I have to disagree with you, this most definitely lasts 3 hours. All unstackable foods do now, it was part of the last patch. Besides that, I've been using it since level 58, and I can confirm that it does.
#REDACTED, Posted: Feb 06 2005 at 10:53 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) This stuff is only 60 or 90 min food! Not shure witch (prolly closer to 90) but it definatally IS NOT a 3 hour food.

I started at level 74.5 cooking with guild support. I skilled up to 77 using this, and then moved on to pamama au lait.

Even though on Fairy the shall shells are running 1000 a piece typically, the profit margin on this recipe in the Jeuno AH was sufficient to justify the breaks during skillup. I still made a healthy profit.

I keep a couple of these on hand to make best friends with a Paladin when I lfp. Throw in a couple of dhalmel stews for the melee, and you'll have a happy and effective party. Not to mention new food addicts who will remember you fondly.

This caps at giving 100 defense. So after you have over 400 defense, you're better off with seafood stew, which caps at 120 defense (gives 1 more vit anyway). And actually, at lower levels you'll get more defense out of steamed/boiled crab which gives +27% defense, but caps at 50 for boiled and 65 for steamed. Fish mithkabobs give the same % but less vit and cap at 90 defense (95 for chiefkabobs).

I still think this is better for PLD than seafood stew, at least for me it is. The Seafood is also -4 DEX and each hit you make is more hate. it is even more important with enimity since each hit hate is multiplied. I am a Galka PLD and i use an astral to help me in the MP department. With this i can use another VIT ring instead and overcome the 1 more VIT from the seafood stew.
what?
# Dec 21 2004 at 11:14 PM Rating: Decent
-20% damage? That sounds like a bit of a stretch. I could use this and my staff, reducing damage by 40%? Somehow that just doesn't seem right.
Its real stats

News stats:

+5 Vit
+1 Dex
+1 Int
+20 MP
-20% physical dmg
Lasts 3 hours

And yes. This food is godly to plds. ;)

i think this would be nice for a blm if they could make it them selves beacuse of the def boost the Vit would give and the Int would also be nice the mp wouldnt make much of a difference but still it seems like some nice food
