The cooking patch changed these:

+5 DEX
+5 INT
+5 MND
+3 HP/MP recovered while resting
Duration: 180 minutes

There is no longer any +MP or -STAT on them at all.

The crystal is the type used to start the synthesis type deal.

I'm level 97 in cooking and can cook this, sells for around 3-4kgil on cerebrus, good stuff. Its just full crafting slot(as in 9 items including crystal)

Umm... how does this recipe work? Isn't it 9 items (including the crystal)?
RE: Too many items?
# Jan 19 2004 at 2:02 PM Rating: Decent
I'm only 5 in cooking, so I haven't made this. But the crystal is used, then it brings us 8 slots. So, Crystal + 8 = 9, but all the ingredients will fit.
