WOW! Some prices are just way out of hand. Take this Kraken club for example, it has now hit 36,000,000 G on Seraph Server. Prices for items on my server are going up, up, up, and up. I feel bad for the new comers. CP items that once were 100k for a very long time are now 250k even 300k but I'm sure this is going on for all servers, if not "Lucky You" Game economy is bad.

lol nah a monk with haste and 100 fists using this lol now that would be funny. (Especially if they were taru: YipYipYip...) lol
Imagine a rdm/ninja with this weapon along with the Joyeuse, and have haste and en-spells, DAMN!!!

I think.. must have killed that NM more than 70 times total now.. but it's worth it ^_^)b
This NM requires some dedication if you want it's grand reward.
But when you finally get it.. mmm.. you love it even more.
Great club to skillup with too ^^;
And yes Enfire works lol.. justifies the low damage to some extent,
but still without Stoneskin and Phalanx you give the mobs TP enough to damage you..
Learn to love self buffering.

I was wondering first , if enfire work with the kraken club ? , and second , I imagine a complet team of ninja/redmage or vice versa.......all with a kraken club and a en- spell , would it make a lil bit of lag ? ^_^
Whats with the pick? It says U656, what does that mean?
It's an error message. Probably some kind of reference to a non-existent string resource. They fixed that a while ago.

One just sold on Seraph for 36M. The guy that bought it was the same guy that has sold 4 E.Bow's on the current price history. I hope he's a Ranger^^

people your comments are so ridiculous ><; you think getting kraken club is just going and fighting LOO and getting the item 100% W. You are wrogng its going to take you at least 15 tries to get kraken and don't forget one thing that people you gonna ally with arent gonna let you take it just like that. RMBR it goes 20 million....

SE updated/changed the message on the Kraken club, it now sais "Sometimes hits 2-8 times" from "+U656".
Was it a Glitch?

My Button!quite possibly the saddest thing i've ever seen happened today. someone mistook a great club for this and bought it for 20 million gil. i'm not making this sh*t up! the guy was lvl 39, the level that great club is (it couldn't have been his main job, because otherwise there's no way he could've gotten the 20 million), and for some reason he thought that kraken club was also 39.
anyways, i saw him leave jeuno to go out and fight something, to test what he thought was his kraken club, and then i was still in jeuno about 20 mins later, when he returned later saying "hey, my club isn't working! isn't it supposed to attack like 8 times!?"
so everyone examined him, and almost half of jeuno errupted in laughter, while the other half /comforted him. i thought it was quite tragic.
on the other hand it was pretty funny. i can just imagine the white mage who put that club on auction:
"hmm, it's been a few weeks in vana'diel time, i'll see if my great club sold! tra la la la, i'm skipping down windurst woods on my way to my mog house! ok moogle, show me what ya got. ooh! it did, i got some money! i-- (gasps for breath, hits chest as hard as he can, keels over)"

HEY!!! YOU STOLE MY LINE Bladefist, I was the first one to say "see you in hell" upon leaving Cerberus. I even said it to you and you said that was funny. Either way, that story makes me feel like crying ; ; ok enough of that. Anyway, that must suck to be the person STUPID enough to do that.
I saw this one time on someone, had no idea what it was, and then read this. Imagine the following:

Speaking of great combo, I can't imagine a 75 MNK/NIN dual wielding a pair of these and then using 100 fists. That would probably break the game :D Too bad it's rare and you can't do that.

MNK/NIN is a really useful combo at 75. And contrary to popular belief, the best reason to sub nin isn't Duel Wield, but Utsusemi.

You're not crazy, it says +U656, it's an error, to my knowledge I've heard that SE knows about it, however, I think it's still in existance, dunno why though. For those that don't know, what it should really say is "Occasionally hits 2 to 8 times", no joke. :)
Lastly, this thing is just barely short of 30mil gil on the AH on Fairy server, and only a few times have I ever actually seen one in use, but it's absolute insanity if you get the opportunity. If, perhaps sometime in my FFXI career, I get utterly rich and totally bored, I'd buy it, however, I have no intentions of bothering with this thing, like, ever :)

Partied with a DRK/NIN in my low 60's at Onzozo who had one of these. By the end of the first fight he had done Rampage 3 times and had 80% TP for #4. After the 3rd fight the poor NIN tank didn't even *try* to hold hate any more.
Because of this we got 5k in the first effortlessly, until he disconnected after that first hour.
If you get the chance to see one in action by all means do.

One just sold on Cerberus Jeuno Auction House on the 19th of September....
