am i missing something? or are these just about the best swords on the market till ~lv18 ?

if you are missing something I am too, because I bought this when I was able to and it made a very noticeable difference. I was Elvaan so I missed quite a bit, and the accuracy was a definite bonus. Also, I could see more damage coming out after I equipped this. I don't know why people are bad-mouthing it, it was a very good investment in my opinion. Maybe they are saying it is bad because it is a little pricey when you first start playing the game...other than that there is no reason to not like this item.

Yeah, what you are missing is that this weapon is great...if all you can use is one handed swords. Warriors at this level should be wielding greataxes, the stats tell the tale. The +ACC is nice, but dealing 0 damage to snappers at level 13 and 14 is a sad thing.

Im a guy who loves to be up-to-date with Uber gear. But as far as swords go, theres really nothing to get from 11-30.
Ive got a Bee Spatha +1 at Level 18, could get a longsword for 2 extra damage and 2 less accuracy, but it hardly seems worth the effort. Overall the damage done would be the same and more consistent with the improved accuracy. But im going to look quite a lamer when im still using a Level 11 sword in Khazam at Level 29...

Flame Sowrd or Long Sword +1 at level 18
