I'm not really sure what the gsmith and ww caps are for this, but the Hakenbuechse (bsmith 46 cap) has a woodworking cap of 46. Prolly safe to assume this is somewhere in the same neighborhood...

Olaf must not like me cause I've never seen him selling this item. Is there a req. I dont know about? Alligence? Time of day?... I cant figure it out. I've been looking for this gun since the begining of Feb. and havent seen it yet=(

He only sells it when bastok is at least #2 in conquest possibly #1 I havent done research into exactly how high bastok needs to be for him to sell... but he sells it for a lot of money... around 40k if I remember properly.
Confirmed, he only sells it when Bastok is at least second place in conquest.
Bastok also has a very nice lvl50 RNG gun available for alot of CP when they're in first place :)
but that never seems to happen on ramuh... ^^;
