I'm currently leveling SAM (18 ATM) and I'm looking at my gear options going forward. I have Leaping Boots (1/3 on LL) and I figured I'd wear these all the way to SAM 37 but the Attack+4 on these is tempting to me. So far, being Elvaan I've noticed my accuracy is pretty poor so the DEX+3 from the Leaping Boots seems more important than the attack bonus on these. I'd like to hear peoples opinion. Depending on my inventory, I will probably macro these in for weapon skills and wear the Leaping Boots for fighting/TP building.

That annoys the heck out of me, seeing how cheap everyone got theirs. I had to spend 50k in Jeuno to get these things, and now I have to summon up another 50 k for a Republic Subligar! (Which is 70 k right now). Sylph server. I'm so sad!

This is basically an *upgrade* from the Lv.20 armor you can buy with CP.
I was able to synth this at level 51 cloth.
Anyone know the level required to synth these?

Bought these babies for 1k off of the AH when they're worth 30k in Jeuno on my server.
You cannot buy these with conquest points. It is crafted from a Mercenary's Kyahan as an exceptional result of the Windurstian Kyahan formula.
Just bought the last one available on my server today. ^^
Hunting these in the AH is usually pretty fruitless >< I'll check Windy, and try my luck there :)

How and where do you get these?
i think you can buy it with Conquest Points. Windurst might have to be in first place in Conquest.
