Best DD weapon for NIN

Based on its level, how slow katanas are in the premature lvls, majority of the mobs weak to piercing in the lower lvls, and the terrible DMG katanas you can only obtain in those lvls, this is the best weapon for any NIN till lvl 40 and going into Elemental Wheel spamming phase.

Stock up on Racc/Rattk/Rice Dumplings and spam these suckers for a lot of damage. Too bad the cost and inventory space adds up and ppl don't know much about shurikens.
good stuff

these shurikens are awesome to throw. as a 75nin with capped throwing and some racc, i do an average of about 95dmg per throw. not bad considering the delay. i unlocked sange a few days ago, and i havent really had an opportunity to use them with sange activated. i did however try on a lesser colibri just in wajaom woodlands shortly i unlocked sange; i did 485 on a throw.
so i'm totally sold on these, i just need to figure out a more efficient way of obtaining these. they sell for about 120k per stack at ah, and you can go through a stack of these about as fast as you can go through a stack of arrows as rng

Dude... Ranged Attacks with Shuriken are what can make NIN one of the best DD's out there.... If Throwing is leveled high enough, you can seriously rape the living **** out of mobs

Dude it's a ranged weapon. Not a main weapon.
I will wake up at six a.m. again.
and I will find my way to the front door
like a soldier crawling through the smoking carnage.
smoldering bodies at my feet,
I'd love to stick around, but I've got someone to meet.
and I will put my best foot forward.
and I'll thank god I made it out of there
on the day when my new friends come.

was doing 45-50 damage a hit with these @ lvl 28.

given the delay times , this is pretty good damn damage for a ninja.
good bargain

So friggin expensive.... but look at that damage! Sold in Norg, at a little over 300 a piece. A stack... well over 30k. I think Ninja can take back the "Most Expensive Job" title.

Making thess carps is more expensive! A stack of steel ingots + a stack of iron sheets worth more than 100k a stack. And they only turned out into thses **** worth $12000/stack ... ...

Unfortunately, norg is fame and demand driven. So, as more get bought the day before, the price increases based on the price the day before... Unfortunately, I confirmed this with shinobi-gatanas. There is one person on carbuncle that sits infront of the vendor and every time I go there he logs in before the shop opens and buys a bunch of stuff and leaves. I have watched the katanas rise about 2k in the past month.

I haven't checked my fame lately, but this price is higher then when I joined the tenshodo guild (when I started the game and the only norg fame I had was from the nin and sam flag quests) so unless I found some way to get negative fame, this can only be a demand increase and not a fame increase.

The norg price is also dependant upon how many were sold the day before.

norg cost is fame dependent, they cost me 279 each. only 20gil per shuriken cheaper but its <2k a stack so it helps a little....... I only throw them if im in a good party though cause they are damn expensive >.<
