That way, if you're in yellow HP or lower when you cast, you get the haste bonus applied to your utsusemi recast timer, but you don't have to wear the ring full-time which would otherwise gimp your damage output. Considering it's a fairly cheap piece of kit, it's not a bad use for the ring so long as you feel you can spare the extra inventory slot.

alls i want to know is can this latent effect be removed like on some wepons??
the latent on armor can't be cleared like the weapons, it has to have a trigger to activate it, some need certain sub, certain hp%, or, in this case, certain TP%.

im only a lvl 14 Ninja. i got the Ashigaru Earring for my Warrior ( not using warrior any more ) and i bought the earring see that u had 2 have latent effect. So what is it and how do i get it?
I'm pretty sure the level 50 rings latent effects are triggered by low hp, yellow or less. The level 30 belts/rings latent effects are triggered by subjob.
HP in Yellow and TP < 100%
