Centurian Scale Mail
Mythril Ingot
Fire Crystal
It is a Goldsmithing hidden recipe with a skill cap at 60 or so.
The HQ of it is Republican Scale Mail that has 1 more defense and +4 Evasion in area of nation control.
The nation effect armor work for any nation. If you are Windurstian then it will give you +3 Evasion in an area under Windurstian control. It will NOT affect you if you are in a Bastok controlled area but you are under a different nation, I can predict people will ask.

good question. i'd love to get stuff thats bastokan particularly this one, because all i mostly buy now is harnesses unless my gear is way outdone. but i figure as a taru rdm, martial slacks, light soleas.. soon a marine hat, and earrings, rings, soon a holy phial, friars rope and all will do nicely. i also intend on getting wonder mitts. so i'm all for having a harness that gives +1 vit, says bastok on it, looks cool like centurion, and gives eva +3 in basto regions... im drooling as we speak

When the item says "In areas under own nation's control", Can that same effect apply to someone from a different nation or must you be the specified nation? (Bastokan in this case)

I would guess that it would apply to any nation - notice the piccy says "In areas under own nation's control:" - this would imply it probably works for any nation.

How/where do u get these besides the AH? Can someone from San d'Oria or Windurst be able to use their CP to purchase this from an NPC? If so, anyone has any idea how many CP u need?
if u use cp on another nations items the price in Cp is doubled...so that would mean if ur bastokian u would pay 4k CP but if ur a Sandiorian or Windurstian ud have to pay 8k cp..i however suggest buying a 8k CP item from ur own nation and selling it and then buying the mail instead..ud save more money...ur u could even just buy and sell a 4k CP item and break even...just my opinon though
