I need to upgrade my decurion's shield to this beauty lol. I'd love it to b republic, but there's a very slim chance. but actually you can grab the decurion's shield at rank 2 for 2k conquest points at any time i believe. I'm in ramuh server let me no if u can make this. I'll provide the materials.
When Bastok is in first place, you can nab the Decurion Shield for 2000 conquest points. Not too bad.

Well, I know that a 24 in Smithing is not enough to even attempt it.

Can i really make this w/ only a 0 in smithing
When it states level 0 Smithing it means the level in which your leveling increasing stops.
ie. I'm into cooking, Pineapple Juice says lvl 30, but I can make it around 26 or so. 30 simple just states when the exp for cooking is capped when making Pineapple Juice.
So for the Targe, the capped level is either unknown or just simply doesn't level your smithing.

it's another high lvl smithing item, need the CP rank2 shield and high lvl smithing

Im not sure exactly whats the skill level but it's not that hi, should be around 30. The recipe is:
1x Fire Crystal
1x Decurion Shield
1x Iron Sheet

Anyone know where to get this little item other than AH? There is only one in the price history in the Windy AH on Cerberus, it sold for about 6k too, but it was several months ago.
great sheild for its money, lasted me 10 lvls (6k I believe in jeuno)
