Really, what these are most useful for is clearing the gap between lvl 82 and lvl 87 bonecraft. Sadly it's the cheapest thing that can be made. ;;

I have my own, it goes for 18k on Phoenix, and my friend told me that some Japanese guy sent it to her and out of no where and I asked her if I can have it and she gave it to me

In actuality, lots of people buy this mask, but only the Alchemists... It's cheap to synth the Cursed Mask and the +1 is well worth the many synths to HQ, try to find an Alchemist who will buy them from you while you skill off of them if you choose to do so :P
