i'm betting the people who say that u get in AH are the ones selling it overpriced there >=P
Well no kidding they are. They're hoping people get too lazy to go from where they are to Norg (which is less than 2k), and just buy it off the AH (for 10k on Asura atm).
Which is more worth it... 2k (that's with the cost to get there w/o a tele) or the 10k AH price? Yes I'm too lazy to go to Norg atm... so I'm just waiting till I lvl in the Jungle anyways and I'll get it then.

YOu can buy it from the Tenshodo in Warehouse 1 in Port Bastok. I believe his going rate is 1.1K or something along those lines. They sell all of the lvl 15 Ninjitsu Scrolls for the same price. As far as I can see, that's how they got them.
can only be purchased from the tenshido in Norg.

I believe Dothedew when he/she says its can only be goten in norg because i checked both bastok and the tenshodo headquarters in jeuno and didnt find it. the only place i didnt check was norg but i do know that nin spells are sold there i just dont know which ones.
What drops it, where do you get it?

Out of curiosity does anyone have anything useful to add to this since OBVIOUSLY the people that put it on the AH had to get it from somewhere?
