using scavenge in Horutoto Ruins .. Rose Tower, where the Wendigo's are
Can these be restored to a more powerful item with the use of a Light crystal? Just like a Rusty Greatsword + Light crystal = 2 Handed Greatsword, I wonder if Rotten Quiver + Light Crystal = <something better>
