During New Moon phase, the wand has additional effect Darkness damage near-100% proc rate. It's not 100%, but it's close. On Bats it was 0-2 points, on worms it was 9-10 points. I'll have to try out on Golems sometime.
I'll edit when I get to another moon phase where it procs (Full moon?)

In one example of Japanese folklore, Rabbits on the moon make mochi. This comes from interpreting the pattern of dark patches on the moon as a rabbit standing on tiptoes on the left working something like a butter churn. Think its related to hoping for a good harvest or something.
I came to this conlusion thinking of the Rabbit stick and the Woonlight Wand as well.

odds? moon based items are halloween event items, stuff like this only comes to lvl 75 perfect players. can't say for sure tho.
Special Event? What special event gave this away?
